This jacket is a super value. It looks more like a $500 jacket. Fully functional as a cool weather cycle jacket, but also great looking for out on the town.

I ordered the wrong size and it turned out to be too tight in the chest and arms. I contacted customer service and requested an exchange for an XL. The customer service rep quickly replied and I had a replacement sent to me within the week. Everything fits fine now and it looks good and feels great.

My experience with the is product was Fabulous! The only deviation is that I ordered the wrong size. My bad! I hope to exchange… The product itself is Beautiful. Great quality, fit good but too snug. So yes, I will need to exchange it. I found what I wanted online. It was easy. It was fast. It shipped and arrived faster than items I’ve ordered from another store that I am still waiting on!!

I had emailed the company to get an update on my order and they promptly responded with the answer.
