Made from thicker, high-quality sheepskin leather, the jacket features a true-to-original color and is lined with heavy, plush fleece (20-22mm in length) for maximum warmth and comfort. The contrasting russet horsehide reinforcements on the arms and front pockets enhance the jacket’s rugged durability and military aesthetic. Heavy-duty cowhide leather straps and vintage brass buckles with a nickel finish provide both function and a period-correct look. The jacket is completed with a reproduction Talon zipper front fastening and authentic Army Air Force stenciling, making this piece a true tribute to aviation history.
