Q. How long does it take for shipping a jacket and be delivered at my home?

The shipping time is normally 7-10 working days. But sometimes it can take about 15 days for your order to be shipped depending on the shipping services like DHL, TNT, etc. When the shipping has arrived, it takes at least 3 days for the product to be at your doorstep.


Q. No size is available in the list for me, is there any chance of ordering the item custom built?

Surely there is an option “Custom-Size” which allows you to order us to build a jacket of whatever size you like.Either you can comment your exact size when you are checking out or you can email us at [email protected] the size that you require. Sizes include Chest Size, Waist Size, Height, and Weight.

Q. What is the shipping time for processing the customized built orders?

A. As for your customized ordered product, it may take at least 15 to 20 days to be shipped as we receive your quoted measurements which are a bit time consuming.

A. Definitely free shipping is applicable for US, UK and Canada and also all other countries when any offer or event is running.


Q. What choice do I have if my order does not arrive on time?
